Your pet and lavender oil
Essential oils are increasingly used by some of the veterinary practices for the treatment of common ailments and for the care of domestic pets – mostly dogs, cats and horses.
Lice sprinkle the coat with 10–20 drops of lavender oil and brush through. Repeat daily.
Fleas
Use lavender shampoo. Leave for 3–5 minutes before washing out. Afterwards or between washes wipe the coat with a moist sponge sprinkled with 10–20 drops of pure oil. This also improves the condition of the coat.

Cuts/itches/scabs/insect bites/bumps – apply pure lavender oil. Repeat 2–3 times a day until healed.
Put a few drops on your dog or cat bed as a natural flea repellent and as a natural sleep aid.
